To mark International Women’s Day this March, we reaffirmed our commitment to fostering an inclusive environment at AIA – one where women feel respected, heard and supported to succeed. Across the Group, colleagues came together to learn from one another, participate in wellbeing initiatives and contribute to their local communities. Reflecting this year’s theme, ‘Give to Gain’, these activities highlighted how small, intentional actions and shared responsibility help strengthen our culture.
