At the Microsoft AI Tour in Hong Kong, Biswa Prakash Misra, AIA Group Chief Technology and Life Operations Officer, joined a fireside conversation hosted by Judson Althoff to discuss how AIA is putting AI to work.   Biswa shared how AIA’s Technology, Digital and Analytics programme has transformed the Group’s operating model since 2020, enabling scalable growth and higher service quality. Today, more than 90% of AIA’s technology estate runs in the cloud, and the AIA+ platform serves around 24 million customers across the region.
