That is what the European Commission said in its December 2025 Strategy for Housing Construction. Costs across the value chain are too high, and digitalisation, standardisation and a sharp reduction in administrative burden are the way out. Productivity is the only remaining lever. All3 is building exactly that. Founded in London in 2023, the company is rebuilding the entire above-ground value chain into a single automated pipeline. An AI platform converts a brief and a site address into a compliant, robot-manufacturable building design. Modular timber-composite factories then fabricate the components. The company's autonomous four-legged robot, Mantis, assembles these components on site with millimetre accuracy and a 100 kg payload. All3 has recently closed a $25 million seed round, led by RTP Global and joined by SuperSeed, Begin Capital, s16vc - Founders for Founders Fund and VNV Global AB.
