ছয় বছর আগে একটা স্বপ্ন নিয়ে শুরু করেছিলাম আমার 'ইউথ ডেভেলপমেন্ট এডভোকেসি'র জার্নি, স্বপ্ন দেখতাম একদিন চট্টগ্রামের প্রতিটা জেলায়, তরুণরা নিজের উদ্যোগে সমাজে ইতিবাচক পরিবর্তন আনবে। ব্র্যাক ইউথ প্ল্যাটফর্মের 'আমরা নতুন নেটওয়ার্ক (Amra Notun Network)-এর মাধ্যমে সেই স্বপ্নটা ধীরে ধীরে সত্যি করার চেষ্টা করছি প্রতিদিন। চট্টগ্রাম বিভাগের প্রতিটা জেলার তরুণদের মাঝে আজ ছড়িয়ে পড়ছে পরিবর্তনের বার্তা, তৈরি হচ্ছে নতুন নতুন সামাজিক পরিবর্তনের কারিগর। গত ২৬ জুন, "আমরা নতুন চেঞ্জমেকার'স প্রোগ্রাম- কক্সবাজার ২০২৬" কোহর্টের পিচ প্রেজেন্টেশনে অংশ নিয়ে পাঁচটি অসাধারণ কমিউনিটি প্রজেক্ট দেখার সুযোগ হয়েছে। গত দুই মাসের নিরলস পরিশ্রম, শেখা আর সমাজের জন্য কাজ করার আন্তরিকতা তাদের উপস্থাপনায় স্পষ্ট ছিল। এই প্রোগ্রামের মাধ্যমে আমরা আরও ২৬জন নতুন 'ইউং সোশ্যাল চেঞ্জমেকার'কে পেয়েছি। আমি বিশ্বাস করি তারা তাদের এই যাত্রা অব্যাহত রাখবে, আরও অনেক তরুণকে অনুপ্রাণিত করবে এবং সমাজে ইতিবাচক পরিবর্তন আনতে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা রাখবে। স্বপ্নটা এখনো শেষ হয়নি। বরং, এটাই কেবল শুরু। "Six years ago, I began my journey in youth development and advocacy with a simple dream, to see young people across every district of the Chattogram Division taking the lead in creating positive social change. Through BRAC Youth Platform's Amra Notun Network (ANN), that dream is gradually turning into reality. Today, the message of positive change is reaching young people across the division, and a new generation of social changemakers is emerging. On 26 June, I had the opportunity to attend the Pitch Presentation of the Amra Notun Changemakers' Programme – Cox's Bazar Cohort 2026, where five inspiring community projects were presented. Their presentations reflected two months of dedication, learning, and a genuine commitment to serving their communities. Through this programme, we welcomed 26 new Young Social Changemakers into the network. I truly believe they will continue this journey, inspire many more young people, and play a meaningful role in creating a more positive and inclusive society. The dream is far from over.
