Fast forward to today, witnessing the radical transformation of the CX sphere propelled by data, AI, and a customer-centric approach to innovation. The evolution has been profound, reshaping how brands engage, serve, and listen to their audiences. Now, I am returning to my origins, revitalized for this new era. Why Sprinklr?
