We didn’t have the biggest booth at the BDIA Dental Showcase, but we had the most important conversations. 2 days. 7,000 people. Hundreds of conversations with Clinic CEOs, Principal Dentists, and Practice Managers. The Showcase was intense. We arrived as the young startup in an established hall; we walked out realising we’re actually the preferred choice. The most consistent feedback? "𝘞𝘦’𝘷𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘦𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘴𝘰𝘭𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘳𝘰𝘰𝘮, 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘢𝘤𝘩 𝘪𝘴 𝘥𝘪𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘵. 𝘞𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 Clero." The Strategy: I didn’t pitch. I just asked questions. We sat down with clinic owners and used our Revenue Audit Calculator to show them exactly how many bookings were slipping through the cracks right now. Once the numbers were on the screen, the urgency shifted. But what hit home was the personal connection. Multiple people told us they loved our energy and the honesty of our pitch. Being a young team wasn't a hurdle - it was the reason they chose us. They weren't just buying a product; they were backing a vision. The shift toward autonomous dental operations is happening.
