It started with a sentence I still haven’t forgotten. A few years ago, I was working as a dental receptionist and remember being told "Ahmad don't pick up the phone, we don't have time..." That moment stayed with me. Not because the team didn’t care, but because the system was broken. Patients were trying to get through, staff were overwhelmed, and clinics were losing opportunities every single day. That was the seed of Clero. What started as a front-desk observation has grown into a clinical-grade solution, and now being recognised as a winner at the UCL Venture Builder. The award is a reminder of why we started: to give clinical teams the support they need, ensure practices receive the revenue they deserve, and make certain no patient ever feels unheard.
