We are proud to announce the release of the German Chamber of Commerce in China's 14th Labor Market and Salary Report 2021 | 2022 in partnership with Direct HR.    This year's benchmark publication examines the current #wage and #salary developments of #German companies in #China, and provides a #forecast for 2022.    After last year’s record low salary expectations for 2021 - strongly influenced by the COVID-19 outbreak - the expected salary growth for 2022 among German companies in China averages 4.91 percent – a 0.62 percentage points decrease from 2019 expectations, thus resuming the pre-pandemic downward trend. This is the second lowest expected salary growth recorded by the German Chamber of Commerce in China.   #New this year: The report also includes two case studies on solutions to the most pressing HR Challenges for German companies in China: Covestro Polymers (China) Co., Ltd. gives insights on how to tackle recruiting and retention challenges through #vocationaltraining and SAP shares learnings of their #employerbranding.
