Exciting Leadership Transition at Agyany Pharma 🚀 Agyany Pharma LTD is announcing a thoughtfully planned leadership transition. After three formative and successful years as CEO, Prof Dr Arndt Rolfs has decided to step down, handing over the reins as the company enters its next natural phase of growth. It is hard to overstate Arndt’s impact. He built Agyany into a focused, operating biotech, secured our first major commercial deal, and established a trusted global network of clinical study sites for innovative treatments in neuronopathic Gaucher disease and Gaucher-associated Parkinson’s disease. Thanks to his scientific conviction, we have well-defined regulatory pathways and are at the forefront of high-dosage Ambroxol development. We are incredibly grateful for his leadership and delighted that he will remain close to support a seamless transition. Building upon this world-class foundation, we are thrilled to welcome our new Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Sivan Frank! Sivan is a seasoned global life sciences executive with over 15 years of experience in publicly traded companies, with a proven track record of leading teams through M&As, spinouts, and major organizational changes. Most recently, she led Fortrea’s commercial activities in Israel, bridging local biotech innovation with the global ecosystem. With an MSc in Biomedical Sciences from The Hebrew University and an MBA from the Technion, Sivan uniquely bridges science and finance into winning commercial strategies. She is an innovation-driven leader deeply focused on patients, and her leadership holds immense potential for Agyany’s next chapter. Please join us in expressing our deepest gratitude to Arndt and extending a massive congratulations and warm welcome to Sivan! We look to the future with absolute confidence and optimism.
