Gas extraction is so central to the modern history of Groningen that we keep referring to it during episodes that are not directly about it. But referring to it is not the same as giving a proper, thorough overview. And who better to do an extra long deep dive into gas extraction than with Nienke? It was great to interview Nienke (after so many years of Wonderlaand!!), and to try to look at the case from a different point of view, so even those who don't know anything about the gas can follow and get an impression of what happened here
