Weekly Overview by AgriBrasilis - January 30th, 2026 - Dairy sector exports reached 425,042 tonnes, totaling US$ 1.69 billion, the highest value in the past 12 years, 11% increase in volume and 20% in value. The main exported products are whole milk powder, whey, mozzarella, skimmed milk powder and cheese. The survey indicates that 55% of vessels experienced delays or schedule changes, highlighting critical bottlenecks such as a lack of berths, overcrowded yards and low container availability, especially at the Port of Santos, where delay rates reached 65%. It is crucial to prevent general shipment records from masking the crisis within this segment.
