The world of LinkedIn—and society as a whole—places such a strong emphasis on successes, constantly achieving, and always being at the top of everything you do. But, it's rare we talk about the setbacks and failures that we unavoidably experience in life. I think it's so important to normalize talking about failures and the emotions that come with it. It's important to remember that failure is not a sign of weakness or inadequacy. It's just an inherent part of being human. It's okay to not always succeed, it's okay for things to not always go as planned, and it's okay to experience emotions when they don't.
