Today, we are proud to announce the design of the NOV-ERA study, our trailblazing Phase 2b trial with ontunisertib in Fibrostenosing Crohn’s Disease (FSCD).   We have aligned with the FDA on key elements of the NOV-ERA study design, including the novel primary endpoint of endoscopic passability as well as several secondary endpoints relevant to FSCD patients, and we are on track to initiate the study in the second half of 2026.
