📈 Accelerate Teams' Path to Peak Performance 🌍Agilist Hilti Strategic Marketing ⚙️ Rotary President 2026-27 Local Club

Su‑Ha‑Ri — a Japanese Aikido concept that continues to guide my development. I first heard about it 3 years ago during an Agilists meeting in Paris, thanks to a long walk with a colleague Daniel Stanca who introduced me to this model of mastery. Aikido explains it this way: Shu — repeat the forms and stay faithful to them with no deviation; Ha — once internalised, innovate and adapt the forms; Ri — transcend the forms and act in a way guided by heart and mind, while not overstepping principles. This week, I had a small “Ri” moment myself. I designed and delivered a brand‑new Agile training for our global Strategic Marketing & Communication leaders and new hires — 3.5 hours, hybrid, and full creative freedom. I’m grateful to my leaders Kristin Niemeir Stéphane Génot - my coaches Patrick Greer and Francis Paul Oliver for the trust to build it the way I felt was right for the audience... and thanks to the great audience for the deep feedbacks provided that will enable continuous improvement of it Aditya Prakash Iengar Laura Trinkl Lauren Herber, MBA Alex Mudrinic I’m sharing this because Su‑Ha‑Ri reminds me that we’re always evolving. 👉 What concept or philosophy has influenced your personal development the most? I’d love to hear yours. #SuHaRi #Agile #ServantLeadership #Hilti #LifeAthilti #HiltiGroup
