As a leadership coach, I rarely ask leaders to describe their leadership style. However, I often ask: ⚠️How do you #influence? I spent the past 3 months talking to organisations and leaders about the important topic of “leading in the #new #normal”. While how you manifest your leadership may have somewhat changed, the fundamentals remain the same. So more “unlearning” than learning to do, in my opinion. While you will certainly need to find new ways to influence others and consider the “low touch work environment“, there is good news: ✅your personality and your team’s personality have not changed! ✅Use your power of understanding others to guide you forward and focus on what really matters: leading stakeholders and others successfully though change in a #VUCA world. ✅Your leadership and how you influence others remain in focus. ✅Your #leadership matters and others trust you, so see this as an opportunity to shine.
