"It looks like a virus..." ...is what one of our first users told us, and they meant it in a genuinely concerned way. I couldn't even argue with them. the first version of tsenta installed a new browser locally, and each application ran in a new browser window, making your laptop look possessed. and the feedback we received was almost identical: "I don't trust this." "I want to understand what it's doing."
