A new chapter begins… 💼✨ After four incredible, fast-paced years at Valeo, I am stepping down from my role to begin my next professional adventure. Looking back at what we built together since 2022, I am filled with immense pride. We didn’t just manage HR; we transformed it. True to Valeo’s "Speak with Data" culture, the milestones we achieved across our Global HR network tell an incredible story of modernization, efficiency, care, and safety: 🚀 Digital Transformation: Accelerated our digitalisation from a mere 4% to an incredible 78%. 📈 HR Efficiency: Improved our global HR ratio by 22%. 🛡️ Safety Excellence: Reduced our accident frequency rate by 45%. 🧠 Future-Ready Capabilities: Scaled our learning culture to 37 hours per employee, including training 100% of our Software Engineers in AI. 📊 Data-Driven Talent Management: Remodeled our talent and succession planning by deeply analyzing our organizational indicators. We built a highly dynamic internal pipeline where 57.9% of our internal mobilities result in promotions, and this promotion rate climbs to over 15% for our Top and Rising Talents. 💼 Leadership & Brand: Launched a dedicated leadership program for our Top 500 leaders and rolled out our new employer branding. 🤝 Industrial Evolution: Ensured the smooth deployment of our industrial transformation plan through a continuous, constructive dialogue with our labor partners. 🌍 Global CSR & Care: Signed a landmark global CSR agreement with our labor partners to implement paid maternity and parental leave across all countries. 🌱 Diversity & Purpose: Increased the representation of women executives from 20% to 27% and united our teams around the "One site, one cause" initiative. Yet, beyond these impressive metrics, what truly defines this team is the empathy, resilience, and deep humanity they bring to work every single day. That is what made all the difference. Leading this team has been one of the absolute highlights of my career, and I am deeply grateful for their trust.
