Agility Logistics Park in Tema, Ghana, has been awarded EDGE Advanced certification, the global standard for energy-efficient buildings overseen by the International Finance Corporation (IFC). All warehouses at the 160,000 SQM park are now certified, delivering average energy savings of 68%, water savings of 38%, and 63% less embodied carbon in construction materials compared with standard local buildings.
