Crumble’s first meme was made in a dorm room in minutes and posted without overthinking. Even today, more than 90% of Crumble’s content goes from idea to live within a day. We've always taken inspiration from brands like Duolingo, Dunkin, Zomato, and Swiggy, companies that never obsessed over risk aversion despite their stature. They use the platform the way it works. Most content doesn’t fail because the ideas are bad. It fails somewhere between conception and approval. By the time it gets the green light, it’s either too old or too safe. With no traction, ideation weakens. The cycle repeats. No one wants to invest in ideas that could hit 5 million views but get watered down to 5 thousand. If you want reach, trust your team and let decisions happen at the lowest level. The loop needs to move fast.
