AGC was honoured to host Judge Joan E. Donoghue, former President of the International Court of Justice (ICJ), as she delivered her lecture at the International Law Speaker Series 2026. Drawing on her experience at the ICJ, Judge Donoghue shared thoughtful perspectives on the evolving landscape of international adjudication and dispute settlement — including the increasingly multilateral nature of disputes, the growing use of provisional measures and shifting attitudes shaping the future of inter-State and investor-State arbitration.
