This #FridayFeature spotlights Mireille Bergstrand, Quality Systems Manager in the Quality organization at our Seattle site. Mireille enjoys the strong cross-functional collaboration and camaraderie at AGC Biologics. She values partnering with Manufacturing, Regulatory, Engineering, and QC teams around a shared mission – whether that’s driving process improvements or preparing for inspections. This team-first culture is one of the aspects she values most. She sees her impact in strengthening the Quality Management System (QMS), the backbone connecting regulatory compliance with manufacturing performance. By improving quality systems, she helps embed GMP requirements into daily operations, reduce inefficiencies, minimize risk, and enable faster and more reliable batch releases. A strong advocate for #Quality, Mireille believes quality is a commitment to the patients who depend on what we produce. Outside of work, Mireille enjoys traveling, hiking, and getting lost in a good historical novel or podcast. She also values trips to Southern California to spend time with her two grown daughters.
