Speechless...... To every volunteer, mentor, mentee and partner — thank you for believing before there was anything to point to. This is your win! When I founded MentoringF2F Foundation, I saw a need - because I had lived it. I was once that female student wrestling with what comes next, with self-doubt, searching for confidence in rooms where I wasn’t sure I belonged. So I decided to do something about it. Together with my sister and AGH University of Krakow friends, we built this foundation around one mission: creating a supportive environment for women in STEM. No budget, no payroll, no proof - just conviction and people willing to give their time and heart. Today: 50+ volunteers, 350+ mentors, network of +2000 women, thousands of unpaid hours. This is what community-driven leadership looks like when it's real. We are proving that mentorship done with intention, can move industries still seen as "male spaces." Not with slogans. By showing up for each other, consistently, when no one is watching. I am deeply grateful - to our MentoringF2F Foundation community and to every woman who trusted us with her ambition. 🙏❤️ A special thank you to the Top Woman in Real Estate, Construction & Logistics and to Krystyna Swojak for creating a platform where women's achievements are seen and celebrated.
