🏗️ The crane has left the site — but this project is very much alive! With the structural works now complete, the new Estacade building for Maison d'Enfants Reine Marie-Henriette asbl is entering its next phase: shaping the interior spaces. Just a few months ago, we laid the cornerstone for this new building. Since then, our teams have been working with precision and dedication, driven by a clear ambition: to create more than a building — a high-quality, functional living environment for the children and those who support them every day. This summer, the project will truly come to life. 💥 A place where 48 children, aged 2.5 to 14, will find not just rooms, but bright, open spaces to live, play, grow and rebuild. This is what meaningful real estate is about: creating places that make a real difference. 🫶 A heartfelt thank you to La Flèche, the King Baudouin Foundation, and all partners involved in bringing this project to life.
