They know exactly how to: → Charm leadership → Take credit for wins → Deflect blame downward → Make themselves look indispensable Meanwhile, the people below them are suffering in silence. And leadership?  They often have no idea. Because bullies don't bully up.  They bully down. The people with power see a "high performer." The people without power see a nightmare. This is why culture can't just be measured from the top.
