Launched in 2022, the Becoming a Partner Project by the IAWL ~ Institute for African Women in Law creates space for honest conversations with women who have reached one of the most prestigious milestones in law firm practice, partnership. Through these stories, the series explores; 1. Why women and minorities remain significantly underrepresented in senior positions at law firms. 2. The barriers they encounter along the way. 3. What can be done individually and institutionally to alleviate this gap.
