We are pleased to announce that Amel Karboul will be joining us as our graduation speaker on 18 June 2026! From engineering to global leadership, Dr. Karboul has built a career at the intersection of systems, people, and transformation. Trained as a mechanical engineer, she began her career in high-performance corporate environments at Mercedes-Benz and DaimlerChrysler, later bringing her analytical and strategic expertise into consulting with The Boston Consulting Group. She is also the founding CEO of Change, Leadership & Partners. One of her most significant leadership roles was serving as Tunisia’s first female Minister of Tourism, and the first woman to lead an economic ministry, where she helped guide a key sector through the country’s democratic transition and received the Presidential Citizens Medal. Today, as CEO of the Education Outcomes Fund, she continues to shape global education and employment outcomes at scale, working with governments and partners to turn investment into measurable impact for young people.
