Call for Collaboration: Psychology Masters & PhD Students (Translation & Adaptation Project) As part of our Psychological Test Construction course at NUST, we are working on the translation and adaptation of a 12-item Aggression Questionnaire into Urdu. We are looking for individuals in the field of Psychology who can contribute to: - Forward Translation - Back Translation - Expert Review For Forward & Back Translation: - At least enrolled in an MSc Psychology, English, Urdu or relevant program (or above) - Proficient in both English and Urdu - Familiarity with psychometric tools and adaptation processes For Expert Review: - At least enrolled in a PhD Psychology program - Proficient in both English and Urdu - Research experience in translation and adaptation of psychological tools Time Commitment: Over the next 3-4 weeks Nature of Role: Voluntary (collaborative academic contribution) If you're interested in contributing or would like more details, feel free to reach out to me or my group members (Zainah Salman, Anooshay Ahsan, Minahil Imran, Fatima Ali, Meerab Naeem) Let’s work together to make culturally relevant psychological tools more accessible in Pakistan!
