فرصة مميزة لوظيفة: مهندس معماري Tender Tender Leader – Architectural Engineer لشركة مقاولات واستثمار عقاري كبرى بمدينة 6 اكتوبر #تفاصيل الوظيفة: Job Title: Tender Leader – Architectural Engineer Location: 6th of October City – Head Office, Egypt Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the complete tendering process for architectural and structural works in major building projects. • Review and analyze all tender documents including architectural and structural drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract conditions. • Prepare accurate quantity take-offs for all architectural items (finishes, facades, partitions, etc.). • Develop detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors. • Coordinate with MEP and planning teams to ensure full scope integration. • Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors and prepare comparisons. • Prepare RFIs and follow up with clients/consultants for clarifications. • Support the preparation of technical proposals ensuring compliance with tender requirements. • Analyze project costs, risks, and profit margins, and submit recommendations for bid/no-bid decisions. • Track tender outcomes and analyze win/loss results to enhance future competitiveness. Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering. • 8–15 years of experience in tendering and cost estimation within construction companies. • Strong experience in pricing large-scale building projects (residential, commercial, administrative). • Excellent understanding of architectural drawings and specifications. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Excel, and quantity take-off tools. • Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost breakdowns, and construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC). • Leadership skills with the ability to manage and review a tender team’s work. • Strong communication and coordination skills. • Experience in large-scale Egyptian or regional construction markets is preferred. • Experience in the Saudi market is considered an advantage.
