فرصة مميزة لوظيفة: مهندس معماري Senior Architectural Engineer لشركة مقاولات واستثمار عقاري كبرى بمدينة 6 اكتوبر #تفاصيل الوظيفة: Job Title: Senior Architectural Engineer Location: 6th of October City – Head Office, Egypt Key Responsibilities • Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural shop drawings in accordance with contract documents, project specifications, and applicable standards. • Develop detailed architectural drawings, sections, elevations, and construction details using Revit and AutoCAD. • Coordinate architectural works with structural, MEP, and site teams to ensure clash-free and buildable designs. • Lead the pricing and cost analysis of architectural items, including finishes, facades, partitions, waterproofing, and fit-out works, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness. • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations, evaluate commercial offers, and establish project budgets. • Monitor and update architectural cost data throughout the project lifecycle to support procurement, cost control, and variation assessment. • Support tender submissions by preparing architectural pricing packages and technical clarifications. Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Engineering. • 7–12 years of experience in architectural engineering within construction or contracting companies. • Strong experience in preparing and reviewing architectural shop drawings for building projects. • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office applications. • Experience in quantity surveying and cost estimation for architectural works. • Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing. • Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. • Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, and administrative projects is preferred. • Experience in the Saudi market is considered an advantage.
