فرصة مميزة لوظيفة: مهندس ميكانيكا Senior Mechanical Engineer لشركة مقاولات واستثمار عقاري كبرى بمدينة 6 اكتوبر #تفاصيل الوظيفة: Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer Location: 6th of October City – Head Office, Egypt Key Responsibilities • Prepare and develop detailed mechanical shop drawings and BIM models using Revit MEP in accordance with project requirements and approved design documents. • Coordinate mechanical systems with architectural, structural, and electrical disciplines to ensure clash-free and constructible designs. • Review design drawings, specifications, and contract documents and identify any discrepancies or missing information. • Prepare quantity take-offs for all mechanical systems from BIM models and project drawings. • Prepare detailed cost estimates and pricing for mechanical works during both tendering and project execution stages. • Obtain, evaluate, and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors and prepare commercial comparisons. • Participate in tender preparation by developing budgets, cost analyses, and pricing sheets. • Review and evaluate material submittals, technical proposals, and equipment selections. • Support procurement activities through technical evaluations and material quantity verification. • Monitor project costs and assess variations and additional works during project execution. • Support value engineering initiatives and propose cost-effective solutions while maintaining technical compliance. Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. • 7–10 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering within construction, contracting, or technical office environments. • Strong experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems for large-scale building projects. • Proven experience in quantity surveying, pricing, and cost estimation during tendering and execution stages. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Microsoft Excel. • Strong understanding of mechanical specifications, BOQs, and construction methodologies. • Ability to prepare and review shop drawings and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Experience in GCC projects, particularly Saudi Arabia, is considered an advantage..
