Three months ago, Philipp Holz and I sat down with Simon Meyer and talked about how it feels to bring two companies together. Curiosity, open questions, and honestly, a fair bit of uncertainty about where this would take us. This week we met again for the second conversation in our "Along the Way" series, and I have to say, it's been quite a journey. For the company, and for me personally. The new organizational structure gave both of us new roles and with that, new perspectives. A lot of the questions that felt unresolved back then have found their answers along the way, simply by doing the work together. We're now in the phase of living the change rather than just talking about it. Teams are forming, ways of working are settling in, and the momentum is real.
