After a startling downshift to the jobs market in February, employers added positions across most categories. The only sectors to cut employment were government, financial activities, information, utilities and other services. While growth was relatively broad, healthcare added the most significant contribution of nearly 90,000 jobs — a swing back from the California nurses’ strike that took down 28,000 jobs in February.
