This Father’s Day, we teamed up with the Chicago Cubs to recognize eight inspiring dads who have overcome serious health battles. Advocate Health Care patients, along with their families, were invited to Wrigley Field for a celebratory brunch where they received jerseys customized with their names and were able to design their very own Cubs hats with Alice & Wonder. The dads will get a chance to wear them at a future Cubs game as our special guests. Among the honorees were fathers who have returned to the moments that matter most: walking daughters down the aisle, spending time with grandchildren and making lasting memories with their families after life-saving cardiac and cancer treatment. Their stories serve as a powerful reminder that early detection and timely care can make all the difference.
