Last week, we hit pause on our day-to-day work and came together for our quarterly Management Toelichting gathering — a great moment to reconnect, learn more about our company, and spend quality time with colleagues from across the business. We gathered at Chocolate Nation in Antwerp, followed by a lovely reception where conversations (and laughter!) flowed easily. We then dived into company updates, sharing insights, achievements, and what's ahead. Then came one of our absolute favourite traditions—the surprise dinner! Split into small groups, we were sent off to different restaurants. It was the perfect way to meet colleagues you don't work with every day, enjoy fantastic food, and build new connections.
