After years of struggling with his own mental health, he created Cope Notes, a text-based platform designed to deliver simple support in the moments people may need it most. When stigma still keeps many people, including men, from reaching out early, that kind of innovation matters Through a partnership with Cope Notes, AdventHealth is helping expand access to mental health support in West Florida in a way that is easy to use and grounded in whole-person care.
