Human trafficking is often hidden, but health care professionals are in a unique position to notice the signs. In early June, AdventHealth partnered with iEmpathize to bring together more than 150 health care professionals, first responders, law enforcement partners and community leaders for multi-day training on awareness and recognition. The goal was simple. Strengthen awareness, build collaboration and help more vulnerable people get the support they need.
