His career covers a wide range of student support roles, including Director of Student Support Services, where he oversaw mental health and counselling provision, disability support and residence life. He has also served as a Designated Safeguarding Lead across several institutions, working closely with local authorities, NHS services and regulatory bodies. His legal background and experience in policy development and governance further strengthen his contribution to more robust and responsive safeguarding practice across the sector.
