Rethinking assessment in the age of AI Cohen Ambrose from Digital Learning Institute argues the key question isn’t “did the student use AI?” but: "can we see coherent human thinking in their work?" Integrity and security focus on behaviour and control but not on whether real capability exists. He proposes coherence: the ability to apply knowledge across new situations.
