Advanced NanoTherapies has secured $31M in an oversubscribed Series B round, co-led by S3 Ventures and a strategic investor, with continued support from T45 Fund and existing investors.   This funding will advance SirPlux Duo, the first drug-coated balloon to simultaneously deliver sirolimus and paclitaxel via a functionalized nanoparticle platform. The drug-agnostic, fully biodegradable platform exclusively licensed from Cleveland Clinic has received FDA Breakthrough Device Designation for three indications and is designed for coronary, peripheral, and future vascular applications.   The first-in-human study has reached two years of follow-up, and a European feasibility study is now enrolling patients in Spain.
