As I wrap up my internship at Frauscher Sensor Technology India, I am filled with gratitude and wonderful memories. 💙 It all began with warm and engaging induction sessions conducted by the HR team (Kavana V R) – a perfect start to this beautiful journey. Soon after, I joined the PMO department and had the privilege of working under the guidance of MINI SADOTRA Ma’am, Anil Pandere Sir, and Meenakshi Chitkara Ma’am. Their mentorship introduced me to the core principles of project management, which I’ll carry with me always. Meeting our visionary MD, Akhilesh Yadav Sir, was truly inspiring. His leadership and words left a lasting impact on us. I also had the chance to meet the CEO of Sensonic , Ashish Upadhyay sir, a person so humble and a great leader. I feel lucky to have celebrated my birthday during the internship, surrounded by so much warmth and love. Met Florian-Elmar Beck, thank you for the amazing training. Being a part of Frauscher’s 12th Anniversary celebrations was another unforgettable highlight – a moment of pride and joy for all of us. I met incredible co-workers who never made us feel alone. Their constant support meant the world. I’ll deeply miss all our samosa parties and lunch banter. Performing on Frauscher Day was such a fun and lively experience – something I’ll always cherish. A special moment was meeting the legendary Alok Sinha Sir – or as Akhilesh Sir perfectly said, “The man, the myth, the maharaja.” A moment to remember forever! A heartfelt thank you to Nikhil S. Sir for taking the initiative and bringing us on board. None of this would have been possible without you. A huge shoutout to Rohit Mishra Sir and Jaywant Kujur Sir – our patient listeners, mentors, and support system throughout this journey. Thank you for always having our back. We came in with empty hands and are leaving with hearts full of gratitude.
