During my visits across our markets, I had the opportunity to stop by our brand-new GRANIT PARTS organization in Canada – set up by Farhan Kabir, and Timm Mueller. What stood out immediately: a highly motivated team that only kicked off in Toronto this February, yet already brings real energy and momentum to the table. Meeting our Canadian customers once again reinforced a simple truth: in our business, nothing replaces personal contact. It builds trust, creates understanding – and ultimately drives success.
