Last week saw the beginning of a new academic year at the Université de Fribourg - Universität Freiburg. We took the opportunity to officially welcome our new Food Science and Technology group to the Adolphe Merkle Institute. The team of our new Chair, Hanjo Limbach, is now complete, with group leader Adam Burbidge, senior scientist Sandor Balog, postdoctoral researcher Mingqin (Parsley) Li, and PhD students Nicoleta Peterer and Yuechuan Lin.
