LinkedIn shows 1.6M open AI roles. If you've been waiting for the right time, the data says it's now. I've been saying this for months. Here's my prediction for the rest of 2026: ➡️ By September, companies will have proved AI ROI in Q2 earnings. The hiring wave is coming in Q3. ➡️ By October, at least 5 Fortune 100 companies will have a Chief AI Officer that didn't exist in January. (Ford, Nike, and Citigroup are the ones to watch.) ➡️ By December, the average salary for AI Transformation Leads will cross $200K. Companies will strictly look for talent who have been led an AI project this year. (We’re officially past theory and online certs.) ★ The "non-technical AI role" will be the career accelerator of 2026. Program managers, chiefs of staff, operations leads. These roles don't require coding. They require someone who understands the business problem and can direct AI to solve it. I built Diamond Advisory around this thesis. The people who learn to pivot will be the most valuable hires of the next decade. 📌 Save this and revisit in December. 🔁 Repost for someone planning their future in tech.
