Strong presence for ADNOC Logistics and Services at Marine Money Week New York. At this week’s Marine Money conference in New York, Hugh Baker, CFO of ADNOC Logistics & Services, received the “Dealmaker of the Year” award on behalf of the company. The award recognizes ADNOC L&S’ strong track record of major transactions, including its oversubscribed 2023 IPO, which raised gross proceeds of more than USD 700 million, the placement of a USD 317 million secondary offering in 2025 by ADNOC Group, the acquisition of Navig8—also named Deal of the Year in 2025—and the issuance of a hybrid capital instrument to support the company’s continued growth. This reflects the scale and cadence of these transactions and their contribution to ADNOC Logistics & Services’ strategic expansion and long-term value creation. At the same event, Hugh Baker also joined the Global CFO Summit, sharing perspectives on shipping markets, capital availability and allocation.
