Important changes coming for people seeking a review of a temporary visa refusal 👇 Parliament recently passed legislative changes that will require the Tribunal to make decisions about reviews of certain temporary visa refusals without holding an oral hearing. Student visa refusals are intended to be the first review type affected by this change. The Tribunal will also be able to make a decision without holding an oral hearing in certain other situations.
