Curiosity, questions, and incredible energy in the room. ⚡ Earlier this year, we brought together our Operations trainees from across EMEA for ADM’s annual in-person meeting - two days of learning, discussion, and connection! Our trainees heard directly from ADM leaders, both online and on-site, gaining valuable insights into how our operations work together to feed and sustain the world 🌱🌾. What stood out most? The curiosity and enthusiasm our trainees brought to every conversation. Their thoughtful questions and eagerness to learn show exactly why investing in young talent matters.
