Following ways, you can overcome the hurdles in your work life:- 1. You can get out from your desk or office and take 10 minutes to break, 2. Go outdoors for a lunch break if allowed, 3. Go for a quick walk outside the office premises for physical stimulation,   4. Take a mental health day per month when you don’t think or talk about official tasks and voluntarily remain away from the workplace, 5. Practice meditation at the workplace 6. Incorporate deep breathing into your daily routine 7. Be assertive in saying no to a small thing that will reduce your stress during the day 8.
