Our annual Partner Summit – setting the pace with our product creation partners⚡ This week, over 300 participants gathered in Ho Chi Minh City, a pivotal location for our product creation and sourcing, to share vision, set priorities, enhance collaboration, and celebrate success. This year’s theme, ‘Set the Pace,’ focused on leveraging our joint agility, competitiveness, and mutual engagement to create and produce the best products for our athletes and consumers around the world.  To make this happen, we are doubling down on: ✅ Creating product with the end consumer in mind, ensuring quality while addressing the preferences of each market.  ✅ Increasing agility in production so we are catering to market needs in terms of capability, duty optimization, and delivery time. To bring these priorities front and center, we introduced a new award category, ‘Market Partner of the Year,’ to recognize suppliers who adapt global styles for market relevance and create locally specific product, while responding to market needs with agility, replenishing product quickly, and leveraging local supply chains. Recognizing our partners for their performance on critical priorities, product, and people was central to the gathering. And we celebrated the 30 year-anniversary of our Vietnam sourcing office.  Together with our partners we are excited to keep innovating and creating the best products for our athletes and consumers for many seasons to come.
