The adidas Village in Portland: When School’s Out, adiCamp Is In! ⚽️🎒 Employees at our North America headquarters asked for more support in balancing work and family – especially when school schedules don’t align with the workday.  🌟In 2026, we introduced adiCamp, our onsite youth program offered during scheduled school closures and summer break, allowing parents and caregivers to focus on their day. The majority of the cost is subsidized for employees and the program is scaled up based on demand across the many school districts serving the area.  🏀From the pitch and court to hands-on creating in our MakerLab, adiCamp gives kids a glimpse into how their families collaborate and create every day at work. 🤝Programming is delivered in partnership with Elite Sports Academy, a purpose-driven organization creating youth camps centered around sports, movement, mentorship, and play in a fun, inclusive atmosphere.  ☀️adiCamp takes the stress out of “no school” days for employees and turn them into moments kids won’t forget.  Check out a few highlights!⬇️ #inside3stripes #ItStartsWithYou
