Yesterday, our Head of Risk & Regulatory Affairs, Justin McDonald, joined an industry panel at the Insurance Council of Australia’s annual conference to discuss motor fraud. Alongside representatives from Allianz, RACQ, and Andrew Gill, CEO of the ICA’s Counter Fraud Program, the panel explored how the industry can collaborate more effectively to detect and manage fraud and organised crime infiltration.
